Double shaft paddle mixer system

The double shaft paddle blender for solids and powders, suitable for various kinds of mixing products.

The double shaft paddle mixer is provided with two shafts with counter-rotating blades, which produce two intense upward flows of product, generating a zone of weightlessness with an intense mixing effect.

Below system is two paddle mixer system. 

When mixing the food powder products, several ingredients are combined together.

When two powders with unequal quantities are mixed, like one powder is 1%, the other powders is 99%,   small amount of powder is difficult to mix uniformly.

So it will need a small mixer to mixing the small batch first.

Step 1. Small mixer begin to mix.  small quantity 

Step 2. After the small mixer mixing,  the material will be discharge to the hopper,  and the products will be conveyed to next step by the vacuum feeder.

Step 3. Vacuum feeder convey other mixing material to mixer.

Step 4. Big mixer begin to mix

In this system,  both mixer use the double shaft paddle mixer.

Which is fast speed and good mixing effect.
