Powder Filling Machine System

The machine system including two filling machine.  Manual powder filling machine and Automatic powder filling machine.
The two machines use the same feeding. Use a small hopper with two horizontal screw feeder to connect. 

The manual powder filling machine,  which could manual packing powder into different container. No matter bags or bottles. This semi automatic powder filling machine install load cell and filling by weight for high accuracy.

On the right, it's the vertical powder packing machine,  automatic filling powder into the bags.  Sealing the bag and output.

The vertical packing machine work process is below:
The vertical form, fill and seal process (also known as VFS or VFFS or vertical bagging) starts with a cylindrical roll of film. The vertical bagging machine will transfer film from the roll through the forming collar (aka tube or plow). Once transferred through the collar, the film will then fold and the vertical seal bars will extend to seal the back of the pouch. Once the desired pouch length is transferred and filled with product, the horizontal seal bars will then close, seal and cut the pouch providing a finished product
