Introduction
The system is for powder filling machine. There is a big hopper, which feeding the two packing machine.
The hopper is 2000L. The design could speed up the packing, the two powder filling machines could work at the same time.
On the top of the hopper, we could add the the ribbon mixer or paddle mixer if need. The it will be the whole mixing and packing line.

Powder Filling Machine
Powder filling machine is used in dosing and filling work. Its special professional design is suitable for coffee powder, flour, condiments, solid beverages, veterinary drugs, glucose, medicine, powder additives, talcum powder, agricultural pesticides, dyes and other fluid or low-flow materials.
1. Fully Stainless Steel Structure and SS304 as the machine material.
2. With Siemens PLC, Siemens touch screen and TECO Servo Motor /Driver
3. With off-line scale to check weight feedback
4. With 10 Product Recepit Memory
5. Optional: Free flowing product cut-off, dustproof cover, Level Split Hopper, Fill Head Height Adjuster
All specifications storage hopper: Both round and square style.
All made of SUS304 stainless steel except for motor.
Hopper volume:0.25~2m³(Other volume could be order.)
Options: Stirrer, Safety griddle net, Level sensor,and so on.
