Ribbon mixer and Powder filling machine
The system is small powder mixing and filling machine.
The system include the Ribbon mixer, Screw Feeder and semi automatic powder filling machine.
For the ribbon mixer. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction. So it only need 3-5 min to mixing the product.
After mixing, the product will discharge to the screw feeder, and screw feeder convey the product to filling machine.
Auger filler is designed for dosing and filling fluidic or low-fluidity powder and granular materials. The one in the picture is semi automatic machine, which need worker to hold the bottle or bag, the machine do the meter and dosing work.
