Powder and dry product filling machines
Automatic vibratory weighing fillers for granular products can be ordered with two filling channels connected to one filling head, or four filling channels connected to two filling heads. Accutek vibratory feeders are the ideal solution for dry granular products, dog food, flowers and small candies that require precise weighing. The vibrating conveying channel that feeds the product into the load cell avoids damage typically encountered with auger systems.
The screw filling machine uses high-tech brushless direct drive servo motors and state-of-the-art motion control electronics for screw control. Simple packing design facilitates cleaning, maintenance and quick replacement. Available in semi-automatic (AF) and fully automatic (AF1) configurations, Accutek screw fillers are the best choice for any customer who requires precise, repeatable filling of powders, granules and other similar products.
These filling machines have a touch screen connected to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) that operates the machine. Machine operating procedures enable operators to fine-tune the machine as needed during a shift. This logic continuously monitors the correct operation of the machine as well as built-in safety checks.
